- Appointing a Project Manager,Project Engineer and Planner. This team is set based on the projects requirements and client’s comfort
- Sourcing of the materials to be used for the project and creating mood boards for the entire project pre execution
- Seeking client’s approval
Mobilisation
- Obtaining all the necessary government approvals
- Setting up a personalized site office with a Client’s section and Consultant’s section
Project Execution
- Strict adherence to the baseline program
- Highlighting key items to the client / consultant months in advance to make selections easy
- Conduct customer service for quality assurance
