Our commitment to health and safety is an integral part of our approach to doing business. As a company policy, “responsible and committed” provides the platform to ensure all employees and stakeholders are aligned to health and safety is a core value, and that they are engaged in, and empowered by our Safety Policy. Our positive safety culture is supported by a Just Culture framework that secures the participation and engagement of our workforce, ensures expectations and accountabilities are clearly defined, and that all our stakeholders are treated fairly and equitably.
MCM Building Contracting fosters positive safety behaviours, worker engagement, risk awareness, transparency and accountability.
We conduct monthly Covid19- tests for our engineers, project Managers and office staff.
Our Health and Safety Commitment:
- Reduce the number of injuries, occupational health related incident and commit to prevention of injury and ill health.
- We provide Medical Insurance and CAR to all employees.
- Promote a culture amongst all employees to share HSE commitment and fully involved in its Implementation.
- Construct and operate our facilities in a safe, secure, efficient and environmentally responsible way.
- Personal accountability to continuously improve our HSE performance through tracking against goals and objectives.
- Work with our business partners to actively promote and enforce compliance with this policy.
- Promote open communication and learning with all stakeholders and sharing of HSE knowledge.
